Windows7のWindows Updateで

「現在サービスが実行されていないため、Windows Update で更新プログラムを確認できません」

とひょうじされた。

また同じエラーがでた。

 

Windows Updateが復活した

をみた。

バッチファイルを作成して実行、再起動してみた。

バッチファイルは管理者権限で実行した。

C:\Windows\system32>net stop wuauserv
Windows Update サービスを停止中です.
Windows Update サービスは正常に停止されました。
C:\Windows\system32>cd C:\Windows

C:\Windows>ren SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistributionold

C:\Windows>net start wuauserv
Windows Update サービスを開始します.
Windows Update サービスは正常に開始されました。
C:\Windows>net stop bits
Background Intelligent Transfer Service サービスは開始されていません。

NET HELPMSG 3521 と入力すると、より詳しい説明が得られます。
C:\Windows>net start bits
Background Intelligent Transfer Service サービスを開始します.
Background Intelligent Transfer Service サービスは正常に開始されました。
C:\Windows>net stop cryptsvc
Cryptographic Services サービスを停止中です..
Cryptographic Services サービスは正常に停止されました。
C:\Windows>cd C:\Windows\system32

C:\Windows\System32>ren catroot2 catroot2old

C:\Windows\System32>net start cryptsvc
Cryptographic Services サービスを開始します.
Cryptographic Services サービスは正常に開始されました。
C:\Windows\System32>pause
続行するには何かキーを押してください . . .

 

となった。再起動してみるか。
